Fairly clean, small hotel with good location in an attractive area. Brand-new guest room with all necessary equipment. The superfriendly and accommodating staff and their quick responses to my needs.

Quiet room, great location, many restaurants around.
It was pretty cool in the room, the air conditioner worked only for cooling.

The bedroom and bathroom: well thought out, well arranged, tastefully decorated.
The smell of paint!. The slowness of the elevator. The average quality of the breakfast

This is a really beautiful hotel, in a great area. Clean, quiet rooms (I've read some reviews about noise, but just close your windows and put on the air for heaven's sake, it's Paris!!). Again, amazing location. The staff was extremely helpful. There was only one moment when I had trouble w/internet and they didn't know what to do; otherwise, really helpful.
The only down side was that internet wasn't always great in the hotel, and they need to work on this. It is too nice a hotel, and too strongly priced, for this to be an issue. Otherwise, great place.

We enjoyed the location most of all. It is in the heart of the Marais/Bastille district and has lots of restaurants, bistros, bakeries and cafes close at hand. There is also a SuperMarche just down the road but it closes at 2030 hours and is not open on Sundays. If you are there on a weekend, be sure to visit the Sunday Market in the Bastille Square. It's full of great stuff. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
The sheets could have been changed daily instead of every other day. The hotel needs to get new towels, they are too thin and not exactly white anymore. You should not charge for internet use. You are paying for it anyway, so let the guest use it as a part of a complimentary hotel service to the guest.

Very nice hotel. Though not exactly in the city center, but close to Metro. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. The room I stayed has a rather big restroom, compared to most of the other hotels I have stayed in Europe.
